Support
options are tailored to individual clients and fall into a number of categories:
Ad-hoc support
Pay for services as and when required.
Based on a fixed hourly rate hour with a minimum charge of 2hrs. No call out fee is
charged with this option. Travelling time may be charged depending on distance.
Flexible support contract
Pay a monthly amount based on an agreed amount of hours per month. A 2hr on site
maintenance day will be included each month. Price will be based on technologies supported
and a free system audit will be included.
Annual support and maintenance contract
Annual contract is based on an agreed amount of hours per year. 4hr quarterly on site
maintenance days will be included. Price will be based on technologies supported and a
free system audit will be included.
